The NAACP Texas State Conference, League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), and Houston Area Urban League will host a virtual rally on unity.

The discussion will focus on the widespread assault on human rights, particularly for Black and Latino populations, by the very systems that should be protecting them, as well as how the pivotal Civil Rights Act of 1964 should be strengthened and expanded.
